We offer comprehensive collection services and consultation
through out the United Sates. Our services may be utilized on a
file-by-file basis or we can provide outsource services for your
entire recovery process. We also have programs tailored for clients
to utilize us when they have volume spikes and for overflow.
We have non-recourse and recourse sale plans
that enable you to sell your subrogation claims, overdue premiums
and other debt. These plans can be structured in various ways to
meet your specific financial and operational needs.
Our flexibility enables you to choose how to best utilize your
resources and focus on your core competencies while gaining the
advantages of Recovery Management Advisors' professional management
of the specialized collection process.
As an adjunct to collection service, we provide on site consultation
on billing and A/R workflow and process management to help our
clients improve cash flow, reduce delinquency and improve
policyholder/customer retention.
We are particularly effective with the following services:
- Insurance
Claims subrogation for all lines of business. We handle large
balance, small balance, arbitration filings and uninsured parties.
Delinquent premium collection for both personal and commercial lines
policies, including earned premium and audits.
- Credit Unions/Banks
Personal loans, credit cards, car loans, mortgages.
- Hospitals/Medical
Self pay, underinsured, uninsured and subrogation of injury claims.
Our Fees:
The proper fee structure is key to a successful engagement and
long-term value for our clients. We have both contingent fee and
fixed fee options depending on the services utilized. Discounts are
offered for volume commitments and extended engagements. Risk
sharing fee arrangements are offered for some services.
